We do not currently ship outside the EU. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination and are shown at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are generally prepared within 1–2 business days after payment has been received. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and MARBAYA cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. Delays may occur due to the shipping carrier, customs procedures, or circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination.

For orders within the Netherlands, shipping starts from €5.00. Shipping rates within the EU vary depending on the destination.

Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. MARBAYA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
