How should an abaya fit on the body?

Abayas are traditionally worn loose and flowing to allow for comfort, modesty, and graceful movement. They are not intended to fit tightly at the waist, chest, or arms. The overall fit is relaxed, while maintaining a refined and feminine shape.
Does the fabric affect how the abaya fits or falls?

Shipping, returns, exchanges & refunds

How long does shipping take?

All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and local carrier. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout for your destination. Please note that during busy periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the EU.
What is your return policy?

We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with consumer regulations.

Returned items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and unused
In their original condition
With all tags and packaging intact

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes, we offer size exchanges, subject to availability. To ensure fairness and hygiene, exchanges must meet the same conditions as returns. If your desired size is unavailable, you may choose between a refund or store credit.We recommend contacting us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
How much will the shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
