Refund policy

We hope you love your MARBAYA piece. If your order isn't quite right, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.

Before sending anything back, please contact us at info@marbayalabel.com or via @marbayalabel on Instagram so we can provide return instructions.

A return cannot be accepted if the item:

  • Has been worn, washed, or used
  • Has had its tags or labels removed
  • Shows signs of makeup, perfume, stains, or odours
  • Has been damaged or altered
  • Shows any other signs of use

Refunds and store credit

Once your return is received and checked, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Refunds usually take a few working days to appear in your account.

If you would prefer store credit instead, we're happy to offer it. Store credit is issued immediately, does not expire, and can be used on any future order. Just let us know when you contact us. To start a return, email us at info@marbayalabel.com with your order number.

Return shipping

A fixed return shipping fee is deducted from your refund, based on the country you are returning from: €7.50 for the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, and €15 for all other EU countries. Email us at info@marbayalabel.com and we will send you a prepaid return label from the most suitable carrier for your country. The original delivery cost you paid is refunded in full. We recommend keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed. The parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

Non-returnable items

Custom-made pieces, and sealed intimate items where the seal has been broken, for hygiene reasons.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@marbayalabel.com with your order number and clear photos. We will provide return instructions and cover the return shipping costs.
